Fast Withdrawal Casinos in the UK

Once they approve your request, the fastest UK casinos pay out within minutes to a few hours: by PayPal, by instant bank transfer, or to a debit card that supports fast payouts. Of the 9 casinos we checked, Sky Vegas, Grosvenor Casinos and MrQ state the shortest times: immediately by Pay by Bank at Sky Vegas, within 15 minutes for most withdrawals at Grosvenor, and 10 to 20 minutes by instant bank transfer at MrQ once it has processed the request. A standard debit card withdrawal can take up to five working days. The table below shows what each casino, all licensed in Great Britain, says about each method on its own pages, checked on November 6, 2026.

Times as each casino states them on its own pages, checked November 6, 2026. "Not stated" means the casino's pages give no time for that method. Licenses checked on the Gambling Commission's public register the same day. Download the table (CSV).

These are the times each casino states in writing, not times we measured. Every figure links to the casino's own page, so you can quote it to the casino if a withdrawal runs late. Some casinos count their time from when they approve or process your request, not from when you make it: LeoVegas, MrQ and Ladbrokes say so. The approval step is next.

What the table shows: 7 of the 9 casinos state how long approval takes, 2 say they pay out fast Visa withdrawals at weekends, and none says it charges a fee for withdrawals.

Why a withdrawal takes time

A withdrawal goes through two stages. First the casino approves it: it checks your account and the request, and your money sits as "pending". Then the payment travels to you, and that part can take seconds or days depending on the method.

  1. You request a withdrawal
  2. The casino approves it"Pending": instantly to 72 hours at the casinos we checked
  3. The payment travelsFaster Payments: seconds to 2 hours. Standard debit card: up to 5 working days.
  4. The money reaches your account
A UK casino withdrawal goes through the casino's approval first, then the payment network. Approval and card times from the table above; Faster Payments from Pay.UK.

At the approval step, the common holdups are a missing document, a bonus still being played through, or a casino that only processes on working days. The payment step is usually quick. A UK bank transfer on Faster Payments normally arrives almost at once and can take up to two hours (Pay.UK). A PayPal payout goes to your PayPal balance; the casinos we checked quote 15 minutes to one working day for it. A debit card payout is the slow one unless your card takes fast payouts.

Most casinos pay you back to the method you deposited with, so pick your withdrawal method before your first deposit.

The UK rules that protect your withdrawal

ID before you play, not when you win. A casino licensed in Great Britain must check your age and identity before you gamble. If it could have asked for a document earlier, it can't make that document a condition of paying you; extra checks, for example on where your money comes from, should be asked for promptly, not saved for your withdrawal. The one exception: information it can only ask for at that point to meet a legal obligation (Gambling Commission, "Age and ID verification", updated April 13, 2022).

No cancel button. Since October 31, 2021, UK casinos may not let you reverse a withdrawal. The Commission acted on evidence that the option to cancel, and gamble the money again, put vulnerable and highly engaged players at risk (Gambling Commission, online games design and reverse withdrawals, requirement RTS 14B).

Your own money can't be locked up. In 2018 the Competition and Markets Authority got online gambling firms to drop terms that blocked withdrawals. William Hill, Ladbrokes and PT Entertainment agreed that players who take a bonus can always withdraw their own money. Jumpman Gaming and Progress Play dropped terms that paid money out in installments. The Gambling Commission said it expected all online operators to review their terms against the CMA's findings (CMA online gambling case).

Bonus wagering is capped. Money won from a bonus can't be withdrawn until the bonus is played through. Since January 19, 2026, a UK casino can ask you to play bonus money through no more than 10 times: at most £100 of bets on a £10 bonus (Gambling Commission, March 26, 2025).

"No ID verification" and casinos not on GamStop

Every casino licensed in Great Britain must check your age and identity before you play. If it can verify you electronically when you sign up, that can be instant, and you may never upload a document (Gambling Commission, "Age and ID verification"). A site that offers play with no ID check at all isn't following UK rules. A site that says it's "not on GamStop" isn't licensed in Great Britain: every licensed online casino has had to take part since March 31, 2020 (Gambling Commission). None of the rules on this page protects you there, and there's no UK dispute service to turn to if they don't pay.

How to get paid faster

  1. Finish the ID checks when you sign up, before you deposit.
  2. Deposit with the method you want to be paid to: PayPal, an instant bank transfer, or a debit card that takes fast payouts.
  3. Decide on the bonus before you play. Turn it down if you want your winnings free to withdraw.
  4. Check the casino's approval time in the table. If it only processes on working days, a Friday-night request waits for Monday.
  5. Keep your name, address and payment details the same at the casino and your bank.

When a withdrawal is late

First check the casino's stated time in the table and any message in your account. If the time has passed, complain to the casino in writing through its complaints procedure, and keep a copy.

If the casino hasn't resolved it within eight weeks, you can take it to the dispute service named in its complaints procedure. The service is free for you (Gambling Commission, licence condition 6.1.1). The Gambling Commission itself doesn't resolve individual complaints.

You can copy this and fill in the brackets:

Subject: Complaint: withdrawal [reference] not paid

Please treat this as a formal complaint under your complaints procedure.

I requested a withdrawal of £[amount] to my [payment method] on [date and time]. Your [help page or terms] says withdrawals by this method take [stated time], and that time has passed. My account was verified on [date].

Please pay the withdrawal, or tell me in writing which check is holding it and what you need from me. The Gambling Commission's guidance says a casino can't make age or ID documents a condition of paying a withdrawal if it could have asked for them earlier.

If this isn't resolved within eight weeks, I will refer it to your dispute resolution service.

Questions

Which UK casino pays out fastest?

Of the casinos we checked, Sky Vegas, Grosvenor Casinos and MrQ state the shortest times: immediately by Pay by Bank at Sky Vegas, within 15 minutes for most withdrawals at Grosvenor, and 10 to 20 minutes by instant bank transfer at MrQ once it has processed the request.

Can I withdraw from a UK casino without ID?

Not without a check. A UK-licensed casino must verify your age and identity before you play, but if it can do that electronically at sign-up, you may not need to send a document. A site that skips the check altogether isn't following UK rules.

Are instant withdrawals real?

Of the 9 casinos we checked, 5 use "instant", "immediate" or minutes for a method in the table: Grosvenor Casinos, Midnite, MrQ, Sky Vegas and William Hill. MrQ counts its times from when it processes your request, which it says happens instantly for most withdrawals, and Grosvenor says most withdrawals are processed instantly. Midnite, Sky Vegas and William Hill don't say whether their instant times start from your request or from approval.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Not at a UK casino. Reverse withdrawals have been banned since October 31, 2021.

Why is my withdrawal still pending?

Usually the casino's approval step: a document it still needs, a bonus not yet played through, or a request made outside its working hours. If the stated time has passed, complain in writing (see "When a withdrawal is late" above).

Do UK casinos charge for withdrawals?

None of the 9 casinos we checked says it charges a withdrawal fee. LeoVegas and William Hill say they charge none, Ladbrokes and Sky Vegas say they charge none on some methods, and the other 5 don't say. Your bank or payment provider may still charge.
