ADM Adds 23 New Gambling Websites to Its Blacklist in September Update

Providers must redirect users attempting to reach these domains to ADM’s designated IP address no later than 24 September 2025. This step is part of the agency’s ongoing effort to ensure that only authorized and regulated operators remain accessible to Italian players.

The ADM (Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli) is the national authority responsible for regulating customs, state monopolies, and gambling in Italy. Recent blacklist updates in 2025
ADM updates its list regularly, requiring providers to block newly identified non-compliant sites by specific deadlines. Below are some examples of updates issued in 2025:
- 5 February 2025: 116 sites were ordered to be blocked, with one previously banned site reinstated.
- 24 February 2025: 69 new sites were added, while 3 were removed from the list, bringing the total to 10,932 blocked domains.
- 13 March 2025: 87 new unauthorized sites were added to the blacklist.
- 29 May 2025: A further 93 sites were blocked, with a deadline of 13 June.
- 4 August 2025: The blacklist was expanded by 69 sites, with enforcement due by 18 August.
- 9 September 2025: The latest update added 23 new sites, to be blocked by 24 September.
