Rush Street Interactive (RSI), the owner of BetRivers, reported third-quarter revenue of $385.9 million, up 39%, with Latin America growing far faster than North America. The results, released on October 28, 2026, showed net income up 93%, but the company said October was tracking toward the low end of its revenue guidance.
Gambling Insider reported that revenue missed forecasts for the first time in four years.
| Q3 results | Q3 2026 | Q3 2025 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Revenue | $385.9M | $277.9M | +39% |
| Net income | $28.7M | $14.8M | +93% |
| Adjusted EBITDA | $62.2M | $36.0M | +73% |

North American revenue grew 14% and Latin American revenue grew 218%, chief financial officer Kyle Sauers said on the earnings call. Online casino brought in 75% of revenue and grew 32%, while online sports was almost 25% and grew 70%, driven mainly by Latin America and the World Cup.
In North America, monthly active users grew 34%, more than twice as fast as revenue, and average revenue per user fell to $309 from $365. In Latin America, users grew 46% and average revenue per user rose to $58 from $27. RSI’s total reached 907,881 monthly active users, up 42%.
| Region | Users 2026 | Users 2025 | Per user 2026 | Per user 2025 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| North America | 300,572 | About 225,000 | $309 | $365 |
| Latin America | 607,308 | About 415,000 | $58 | $27 |
The table shows third-quarter monthly active users and average revenue per user. RSI’s 2025 release labeled the first region the United States and Canada.
Online casino remains the engine of our profitability, and we’re pleased to have reached a new quarterly record this period for monthly active users in North America.
Richard Schwartz, chief executive of Rush Street Interactive
RSI kept its 2026 guidance of $1.56 billion to $1.60 billion in revenue and $245 million to $265 million in adjusted EBITDA. Sauers said trends so far in October would put revenue closer to the low end of that range, and EBITDA near the midpoint.
He said online casino growth moderated a little in the quarter, and that the softer fourth-quarter trend was more about the market than about RSI’s share. He also pointed to more competition in Michigan from newer privately held entrants, without naming them.
RSI says it operates in 15 US states, Alberta, Ontario, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, though its list doesn’t say which products it offers in each. It launched in Alberta on July 13, and Schwartz said first-time depositors and daily users there, adjusted for population, were at over two times the levels RSI saw in Ontario. Alberta’s market data gives the wider picture.
Schwartz said only about 12% of the US population has access to regulated online casinos. He said Illinois and New York face large potential reductions in Medicaid funding, and EGR reported that he said those states could look to online casinos as an option.
He called Virginia “a really exciting near-term opportunity heading into 2027,” and also named Ohio, Washington, D.C., and Indiana. Those are the company’s views, not announcements of any change in the law.
